Leaders award badges through the Scout Portal dApp. All transactions are gasless — leaders never pay fees. The system handles $TRIBE rewards automatically.
Leaders manage their troop's enrollment, issue Scout Passport NFTs to new members, and maintain the troop's on-chain record of activities and achievements.
Leaders verify and log service hours for scouts. Every 10 hours triggers an automatic $TRIBE reward deposited directly to the scout's custodial wallet.
Leaders deliver the four-pillar curriculum — leadership, heritage, outdoor skills, and community service — through structured activities, mentorship, and group learning.
Certified leaders hold a seat on the Leader Council — one of three DAO chambers. Leaders vote on curriculum changes, event scheduling, and operational decisions.
Leaders are the public face of the program in their city. They build community partnerships, recruit new families, and carry the program's values into the world.

Two-day virtual training covering the curriculum, portal usage, badge awarding procedures, and the program's cultural and historical foundations.
Assigned to a troop based on your location and availability. You'll work alongside an experienced leader for your first full cycle.
Your wallet receives LEADER_ROLE on both the ScoutBadge and ScoutPassport contracts. You're now a certified troop leader, permanently on-chain.
